Authenticity

Every pair is verified before it's yours

Vintage designer eyewear is one of the most counterfeited categories in fashion resale. Before anything joins the AZYR collection, it goes through two checks: where it came from, and what it actually is.

Where it comes from

We source directly from a network of collectors around the world — individuals who've held onto archival frames for decades, often with the history of the piece attached. Every listing on our site includes that provenance: who we acquired it from, and where. You'll see this on each product page, not just in a general "about us" claim.

What we check

Before a piece is listed, our team inspects it by hand against what we know of the brand, the decade, and the model — hinge stamps, logo placement, materials, construction details, and general wear patterns that are consistent (or aren't) with a genuine piece from that era. Provenance tells us where something came from; inspection confirms what it is. We use both, on every piece, before it goes up for sale.

What you're actually getting

Each pair arrives with new UV-protective lenses fitted for modern wear, an AZYR Specs case, and a microfiber cleaning cloth. The product page for your piece tells you its condition, size, fit, and story — so you know exactly what you're getting before it ships, not after.

If something's wrong

If a piece doesn't match what we described, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or replacement — no cost to you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Questions about a specific piece before you buy? Contact us — we're happy to send more photos or answer anything about a frame's history before you commit.
