Originally crafted in the USA in the mid 1970s and issued by the military. These cellulose acetate frames are complete with new lightly tinted yellow lenses. Scratch resistant and UV-protected. These frames were discontinued in 2012.
Funny enough, these glasses were referred to as “Birth Control Glasses.” They were provided by the military and were thought to be so ugly that they were preventative for human interaction. Trends come in decades and jokes on them, we love these lil guys!
