At AzyrSpecs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Refunds to Original Payment Method: If the item is returned within 15 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Store Credit: If the item is returned within 30 days but after 15 days, store credit will be issued.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following items:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@azyrspecs.com with your order number, the reason for your refund request, and any photos of the item if applicable.
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return your product.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund or issue store credit, depending on the return date.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Once your return is approved, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund or store credit to be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged during shipping, or we made an error with your order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same steps as a refund request. Once the original product is returned and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@azyrspecs.com within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no additional cost.
